The Idiot(s) of the Year is an award that is given once annually as a part of the Ogre Awards, known more commonly as The Oggies. Authors, artists, companies, players, and advocates who have done something profoundly stupid are available for nomination by members of the O.G.R.E.s. The event or incident of stupidity need not be in any particular time period, though those that fall within the same time period that other OGGIE Awards have is a bonus.
